All shipping is free to UK based addresses. All orders are sent first class, signed for. Please note we require a signature on delivery. International shipping is sent tracked and signed for via Royal Mail and is added at checkout. Please note, if you are ordering from outside the UK in Europe, you may now in some cases be asked to pay a duty charge depending on your county's custom charges.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have 28 days to return any item in order for us to offer you a refund or exchange. Please return to: 84 High Street, Andover, Hampshire, SP10 1NE. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. In order for us to complete your return & refund, please include your name and order number. This can be handwritten etc. if you have lost your original paperwork or don't have access to a printer.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, if terms of return are met, your refund will be processed, you will receive an email notification fo this. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded at this time, unless your item is faulty.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
If we have the available stock for what you require, we are able to offer you an exchange. If you would like to exchange an item (this must be done within the usual returns period) you can fill this out on our return form or you can contact us at: email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, please mail your product to: 84 High Street, Andover, Hampshire SP10 1NE. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless your item is faulty. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
